Select your preferred cup volume and the machine's automatic dosing will dispense the required amount of coffee. It has an adjustable grind size dial for coffee your way. To create cappuccino, flat white or latte, use the steam wand to texture and heat the milk to a silky-smooth consistency. This Breville espresso machine uses preinfusion to gradually increase water pressure to gently expand grinds for even extraction. Plus, it automatically adjusts the water temperature after steam for optimal espresso temperature.
